Home Daily | Dedicated Grocery Account | Consistent Routes & Year-Round Freight

Join a dedicated CDL-A fleet that offers daily home time, steady freight, and predictable routes. This local position is ideal for drivers looking for consistent work, modern equipment, and the opportunity to be home every day while serving retail and grocery customers throughout the region.

Drivers on this account transport palletized grocery freight using dry van, refrigerated, and pup trailers. With established delivery routes, dedicated freight, and strong operational support, this position provides the stability, consistency, and work-life balance many professional drivers are seeking.

Compensation and Benefits

Job Details
  • Home daily
  • Local dedicated account
  • Deliver palletized grocery products to customer location
  • Haul freight in dry van, refrigerated, and pup trailers
  • Meet linehaul requirements throughout the service area
  • Consistent freight volume

Freight Details
  • Combination of driver-assist and customer-unloaded freight
  • Approximately 90% of stops require driver assist
  • Approximately 10% of stops are live unloads performed by the customer
  • Driver-assist deliveries require use of an electric pallet jack
  • Freight is moved to the rear of the trailer for customer unloading
  • Customers may unload freight using forklifts when applicable
Equipment
  • Automatic International day cab tractors
  • Dry van, reefer, and pup trailers
  • Approximately 40% of loads involve doubles
  • Slip seating required
  • Trucks remain at the account during time off
Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience
  • Ability to perform driver-assist deliveries
  • Doubles endorsement required within 60-90 days of hire
  • Ability and willingness to install tire chains when weather conditions require
  • Strong safety record
  • Professional and dependable work ethic
Special Requirements
  • Doubles endorsement costs reimbursed by the account
  • Drivers may be required to assist other dedicated or intermodal accounts as needed
  • Must be comfortable operating in varying weather and road conditions
