We are searching for a passionate Agency Development Manager in Miami/ Broward County. The Agency Development Manager is an independent insurance agent who leads and mentors other independent agents in delivering voluntary benefits that help employees navigate life's financial uncertainties with confidence. 

Successful business leaders prioritize: 

  • Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring other sales agents 
  • Identifying, interviewing, and recruiting new sales agents 
  • Providing hands-on field training and collaborative work experiences 
  • Facilitating sales meetings and training sessions 
  • Driving B2B employee benefits sales and managing client accounts 
  • Establishing strong connections with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makers 
  • Creating a dynamic, competitive, and team-oriented environment 
  • Cultivating and sustaining relationships with brokers 

Beneficial Qualifications and/or Skills: 

  • Experience in B2B sales 
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead sales teams 
  • Background in insurance sales with an active Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain) 
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while inspiring teams
