The role of the Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor is a remote position that primarily utilizes telehealth technology. • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic strategies to individuals, couples, families, and groups while fostering a safe and welcoming environment.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to address the diverse needs of clients.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and improve client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and best practices.

As an LCPC with Midwest Community Mental Clinic, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing a wide array of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential, preferably within a multi-disciplinary healthcare environment.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse will be highly regarded.
• Proven ability to utilize telehealth platforms and maintain therapeutic integrity in remote settings.

Midwest Community Mental Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous base salary, we offer a SIGN-ON BONUS to qualified candidates.
