Thrive Mental and Counseling Center is actively seeking a qualified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dedicated team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies that cater to the unique needs of clients.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, families, and couples, ensuring culturally sensitive practices.
  • Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to tailor treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic client care, contributing to comprehensive treatment planning and implementation.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality treatment.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay current with advancements in the mental health field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance abuse. You will play a vital role in helping clients achieve mental wellness, providing support and guidance tailored to their individual needs. Through person-driven programming, you will foster client autonomy and encourage active participation in their treatment plans.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
