Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily consist of individuals and families who have limited access to mental health care, reflecting a variety of backgrounds and experiences. The services you provide will address an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational difficulties. Your role will directly impact the lives of those who may otherwise face obstacles in accessing essential services.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, ideally within a clinical or community setting.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport and build relationships with diverse clientele, showcasing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using EMR software and technology to manage client care and documentation efficiently.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, particularly in a healthcare environment.
Preferred Experience

  • Experience working within community health clinics or with underserved populations preferred.
  • Understanding of community resources and supplemental services that can assist clients in their recovery journey.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as malpractice insurance coverage.
  • Access to an array of client referrals to enhance caseloads and improve client reach.
  • Support for billing and documentation to minimize administrative workload, allowing you to focus on client care.
  • A considerable sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates joining our team.
