Thrive & Bloom Counseling is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. This role is vital in providing mental health services remotely to clients throughout Columbus, Georgia, and beyond. As a counselor, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality therapy that addresses a variety of mental health challenges and supports our clients' journey toward wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients.
  • Design and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with the specific goals and challenges of each client.
  • Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using appropriate therapeutic methods to facilitate healing and growth.
  • Engage with interdisciplinary teams, exchanging insights and strategies to enhance the quality of care for our clientele.
  • Uphold meticulous confidentiality protocols and maintain accurate and secure client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development to remain abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and research.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will range from children to adults, presenting a spectrum of mental health challenges. You will be addressing conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders. By using empathy and an individualized approach, you will directly contribute to improving clients' mental health and promoting resilience and recovery.

Qualifications
  • A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
  • A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A proven track record of conducting individual and group therapy sessions within various mental health contexts.
  • Expertise in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored for diverse mental health issues.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to connect and build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
