• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
• Deliver therapeutic services to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of behavioral health issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create an integrated approach to treatment, participating in regular case reviews and consultations.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training opportunities to stay updated on the latest research and best practices.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• A valid and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, particularly in a behavioral health setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in counseling practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and a strong understanding of integrated care models will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a generous bonus structure uncapped for high achievers. Additionally, we provide a SIGN-ON BONUS to qualified candidates.
