We’re Not Hiring a BDC Representative.
We’re Hiring the Future of Automotive Sales.

Phone Sales & Internet BDC Specialist

Gerald Jones Mazda | Augusta, GA

The automotive industry is changing, and so are we.

Today’s customers shop online before they ever visit a dealership. They want fast communication, personalized videos, honest answers, and an easy buying experience.

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating excitement, and delivering an exceptional customer experience long before a customer walks through our doors.

If making 100+ calls a day energizes you…
If sending personalized videos comes naturally…
If you enjoy talking with people, following up with purpose, and creating an online buying experience customers can’t stop talking about…
We want to meet you.
What You’ll Do

As our Internet BDC Specialist, you’ll be the first impression of Gerald Jones Mazda and one of the most important members of our sales team.

  • Respond quickly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and text messages.
  • Send personalized introduction and vehicle walkaround videos that build trust and excitement.
  • Create meaningful conversations that lead to showroom appointments.
  • Deliver an exceptional online buying experience from first contact to showroom arrival.
  • Welcome customers when they arrive and provide a seamless transition to the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed CRM notes and execute consistent follow-up.
  • Help create lifelong customers through outstanding communication and service.

Who Thrives Here?
This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Loves talking with people and building relationships.

  • Brings positive energy every day.
  • Is confident on the phone and comfortable communicating through text, email, and video.
  • Is organized, accountable, and committed to following through.
  • Embraces coaching and is always looking to improve.
  • Wants a career—not just another job.

Experience in automotive sales is helpful but not required. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

Why Gerald Jones Mazda?
We don’t believe in simply setting appointments—we believe in creating experiences.
At Gerald Jones Mazda, you’ll work with a team that’s committed to innovation, personal growth, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. We invest in our people because we know our success starts with yours.
