Compensation:

·        Hourly training session rate plus commission on renewing client agreements
·        Two paychecks per month OR access your earnings daily with DailyPay

Day In The Life…

·        Training session starts with greeting the client at the front and reviewing goals, progress, and today's workout
·        Assist client with ongoing training, making adjustments to technique to ensure safe and effective exercise
·        Motivate and educate clients on how to achieve goals through proper nutrition and fitness 
·        Log completed training session in the client database and prepare for next training session(s), customizing the programming to the client's needs
·        Maintain current client files for preparedness in the next appointments 
Requirements:

·        Current Personal Training certification required (NASM, ISSA, ACSM, ACE, or other nationally accredited program)
·        CPR/AED and First Aid certification obtained within 30 days
·        No degree needed. We’ve got your education covered with our training.
·        We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect/communicate with and motivate others while providing excellent customer service.
