The Mission

You are the catalyst for transformation. You will lead high-octane sessions for Scholastic athletes (ages 7-18), Adults, and Teams. Your goal is to deliver the "D1 Way"—a world-class training experience rooted in sports science, high energy, and injury prevention.
Why You Belong on This Team

  • Elite Environment: Train and coach in a state-of-the-art facility designed to mirror a Division 1 weight room.
  • The D1 Standard: Become "Level 1 Certified the D1 Way" and master a programming philosophy that is respected nationwide.
  • Career Growth: We invest in your development with continuing education, mentorship from our Head Coach (HSSC), and a path to lead within the industry.
  • The Perks: Flexible scheduling, a free elite membership, and a culture that values the "Work Hard, Play Hard" mentality.
What a D1 Coach Brings to the Floor

  • Relentless Passion: High-octane enthusiasm for helping others hit their PRs. You are motivated, committed, and ready to outwork the status quo.
  • Elite Mentorship: You don’t just watch; you lead. You have the ability to evaluate movement, provide objective feedback, and inspire athletes to push past their limits.
  • Operational Discipline: You treat the training floor like a game-day environment—arriving prepared, starting on time, and keeping the facility "game-ready" and clean.
The Game Plan

  • Lead the Floor: Conduct group workouts, 1-on-1 personal training, and team-specific sessions with precision and energy.
  • The Evaluation Process: Conduct assessments and goal-setting sessions to ensure every athlete is on the right program to win.
  • Injury Prevention: Prioritize proper biomechanics and technique to keep our athletes safe and on the field.
  • Professionalism: Be poised and professional when interacting with everyone from youth parents to professional athletes—delivering a 5-star experience to every person who walks in.
Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of Strength & Conditioning experience in a group or team setting.
  • Credentials: Valid Personal Training Certification + AED/CPR/First Aid.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
  • Expertise: A deep understanding of speed and strength programming and the ability to adapt it for individual needs.
