The Professional Development Coach partners with executives, leaders and high-potential professionals to strengthen leadership effectiveness, performance, personal development and resilience. This role supports leaders in navigating complex challenges such as decision-making, organizational dynamics, change management, and interpersonal effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is a trusted coach and advisor who drives measurable results while promoting insight, emotional intelligence, and sustainable leadership behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Development Coaching
  • Coach leaders on leadership style, presence, influence, communication, and decision-making.
  • Support development of core leadership competencies, including accountability, adaptability and emotional intelligence.
  • Help leaders navigate people-management challenges, conflict, and organizational dynamics.
  • Guide leaders through transitions such as role expansion, organizational change, or career development.
  • Strengthen leaders' self-awareness, values alignment, and leadership mindset.
  • Assist leaders to explore stress-level, confidence, and behavioral patterns affecting leadership effectiveness.
  • Create a confidential coaching environment.
  • Administer and interpret leadership assessments and development tools.
  • Co-create development plans aligned with organizational and individual goals.

Do you have what it takes?
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Organizational Development, Counseling, or related field
  • Formal training in professional development, personal, or leadership coaching
  • Proven experience coaching executives, leaders, or managers
  • Strong counseling, facilitation, coaching and therapeutic-style communication skills
