Pool Title POOL - Human Resources Development (HRD) Instructor- Continuing Education (Part-time) Pool Number F83-18 Announcement Summary
This is a continuous recruitment pool not specifically advertised. 
The pool is continuous in order to develop a qualified pool of interested candidates. 
We invite applications to be submitted for potential openings. 
Instructors will be responsible for teaching employment skills such as how to fill out an online application, write a resume and improve interviewing skills. Applicants will need to possess excellent computer skills, demonstrate a willingness to be flexible to accommodate the varied needs of a diverse student population and able to accept responsibility for on-going professional growth.
Duties
The successful candidate will: 
Teach face-to face classes to include days, evenings and some weekends on and off campus. 
Participate in team teaching. 
Incorporate latest instructional technologies and interactive learning technologies in course delivery. 
Attend on-going Professional Development Training. 
Participate in other educational activities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
Preferred Qualifications
Past employment which required leadership skills or experience either conducting classes or workshops.
