CNA Instructor - Lab/Clinical (Part-Time/Contract)
Location: Fayetteville, GA
Pay: $18-$20 per hour
Schedule: Day and Evening Shifts Available
Sanzie Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced CNA Instructor to lead Lab and Clinical instruction at our Fayetteville facility. This is a flexible, contract-based opportunity-ideal for healthcare professionals looking to supplement their income with daytime or evening hours.
Position Highlights:
  • Course Duration: 5-day sessions, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Frequency: Sessions held every 6 weeks
  • Flexible Shifts:
    • Day Class: 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM (19 days including clinicals)
    • Evening Class: 1:45 PM - 6:00 PM (19 days)
Qualifications:
  • Active RN or LPN license (Georgia)
  • Certified Train-the-Trainer and CPR Instructor (American Heart Association)
  • Minimum 2 years of CNA experience in a long-term care facility
  • At least 3 years of recent clinical experience as an RN or LPN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Teaching experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver classroom, lab, and clinical instruction per Georgia Nurse Aide Training Program standards
  • Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials
  • Supervise and evaluate students in clinical settings
  • Provide hands-on training in patient care, vital signs, hygiene, and documentation
  • Ensure students meet all competency requirements before clinical practice
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Coordinate with clinical sites and maintain professional relationships with facility staff
