Position: Yoga Instructor
Position Type: Part-Time
Role Overview

Carbon Performance is seeking a certified Group Yoga Instructor to lead safe, energizing, and results-focused classes at our new Atlanta location. The ideal candidate will not only teach traditional yoga practices but also be qualified to deliver a yoga sculpt style of instruction that blends strength, mobility, and conditioning to support our members overall fitness and performance goals. This role is central to creating an elevated group training experience and driving engagement during the presale phase.
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver well-structured yoga classes that focus on flexibility, balance, mobility, and strength.
  • Teach a yoga sculpt style that integrates bodyweight strength, resistance-based movements, and conditioning to align with Carbons performance training model.
  • Engage and motivate members through clear cueing, strong energy, and encouraging coaching.
  • Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities.
  • Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and positive atmosphere of the group training environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously evolve Carbons group fitness experience.

Qualifications

  • Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200 minimum; advanced certifications a plus).
  • CPR/AED certified (or ability to obtain prior to start).
  • 1+ year experience teaching group yoga classes.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach a strength-based/yoga sculpt style that incorporates resistance and conditioning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
