Now Hiring: Personal Trainers & Group Fitness Instructors
EpiFIT Club - Riverside EpiCenter, Mableton GA

We're looking for passionate, energetic fitness professionals to join our EpiFIT team! We currently have 5 part-time openings:

  • Personal Trainers (1)

  • Group Fitness Instructor (2)

  • Group Fitness Instructor Subs (2)

What You'll Do:

  • Lead safe, effective, and motivating workouts for clients and classes

  • Demonstrate exercises and proper techniques to prevent injury and maximize results

  • Offer modifications for different fitness levels and abilities

  • Instruct dynamic group classes such as Zumba, Pilates, Circuit Training, Cycling, and more

  • Track client progress and adjust programs as needed

  • Promote overall wellness by sharing resources on nutrition, weight management, and healthy living

  • Enforce facility safety standards and respond with first aid when necessary

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in personal training or group fitness instruction

  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills

  • Knowledge of exercise science, injury prevention, and safe equipment use

  • Ability to adapt workouts for all fitness levels

  • Certification in group fitness or specialty formats (Zumba, Pilates, Cycling, etc.) preferred

  • CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

  • Professional, enthusiastic, and reliable attitude

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
