• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client mental health needs and history, ensuring informed and tailored treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and progress, adjusting as necessary based on regular evaluations.
• Provide one-on-one counseling as well as group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant methodologies that address various mental health issues.
• Maintain meticulous client records and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards, ensuring all documentation is timely and accurate.

This role primarily serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, families, and individuals dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in the State of Texas.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling is essential, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are necessary for successful collaboration and document management.

The salary for the Licensed Professional Counselor position is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
