A Day in the Life:

Our sales representatives make outbound calls to customers who have had their systems installed for 30 days to 18 months. We deliver a premium, white-glove experience by proactively resolving technical and billing concerns, educating customers on the full capabilities of their smart home, and ensuring a seamless journey from sale through installation-all while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

New Customer Concierge Supervisor, Concierge AM/Manager, Workforce Management, Recruiting, and various Supervisors across the organization.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah (paid for by Vivint)
  • Able to work Full-time (schedule is flexible)
  • Prior sales experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) is a plus
  • Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately
