Emprime is seeking a reliable and professional Concierge to support residents and guests during evening and overnight hours. The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service, maintaining front desk operations, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities

  • ย Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a professional mannerย 
  • ย Manage front desk operations during assigned shiftsย 
  • ย Answer phone calls and respond to inquiriesย 
  • ย Monitor building access and follow security proceduresย 
  • ย Assist with package handling, logging, and notificationsย 
  • ย Respond to resident requests and coordinate with management or maintenance when neededย 
  • ย Maintain accurate logs and shift reportsย 
  • ย Follow emergency procedures when necessaryย 
Qualifications

  • ย Previous customer service, hospitality, or concierge experience preferredย
