The Four Seasons Hotel Seoulis looking for Concierge, who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests. This position reports to the Chef Concierge.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to our environment with a positive and friendly attitude
  • Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices
  • Know what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establish close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests
  • Communicate with team members to ensure the highest level of personalized service
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge when communicating with customers
  • Be versatile, flexible, show stress management, manage criticism, and manage conflict effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Reading, writing and oral fluency in BOTH the Korean & English language
  • Knowledge of additional languages preferred
  • College degree preferably specializing in hospitality
  • Ability to operate computer equipment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage several demanding tasks in a consistently busy environment.

Visa Requirements

Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea.
