The Concierge is your go-to host for a standout stay! From the moment you arrive until you say goodbye, expect warm welcomes, lively conversations, and instant solutions to any hiccups. Need tips on the city's best spots or the inside scoop on local events? Just ask! With a smile and a can-do spirit, our Concierge ensures every guest feels right at home and lends a hand to Sales, Front Office, and Bellman/Van whenever needed.
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The Welcome Wagon: Greet guests warmly, make them feel at home, and share recommendations about the coffee shop and local area for a memorable visit.
  • Style & Standards Superstar: Keep a polished look by following uniform and grooming guidelines, and always meet brand and safety standards.
  • Brew Crew Captain: Support daily operations, help hire and train team members, and inspire excellent service and teamwork.
  • Solution & Support Specialist: Quickly handle guest questions and requests, arrange special needs, and stay informed on shop functions and events.
  • Coffee Shop Maestro: Oversee shop operations, manage transactions, maintain inventory and cleanliness, and assist the team as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework is a plus.
  • Hotel or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and objectivity.
  • Comfortable with financial data and basic math.
