Job description

Tubing ManagerSeasonal | Mountain OperationsWe are looking for a Tubing Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our tubing park and help create a safe, fun, and welcoming experience for our guests. This is a hands-on leadership role that is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a team, and being part of a busy ski resort environment.What You'll DoOversee daily tubing park operations, including opening, closing, staffing, and guest flow.Lead, train, and support tubing park employees.Ensure tubing lanes, corrals, walkways, and equipment are safe, clean, and organized.Enforce all tubing park safety rules and operating procedures.Monitor guest activity and address safety or operational concerns.Coordinate with Mountain Operations, Ski Patrol, and Maintenance on conditions, equipment, and repairs.Manage tube inventory and ensure equipment is properly inspected and stored.Provide excellent guest service and help resolve guest questions or concerns.Complete required daily logs and incident reports.Assist with special events and other Mountain Operations needs as necessary.What We're Looking ForPrevious supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Ski resort, tubing park, recreation, or outdoor operations experience is a plus.Strong communication and customer service skills.Comfortable making decisions and addressing safety concerns.Reliable, organized, and able to lead by example.Comfortable working outdoors in winter weather.Available to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts during the winter season.Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Equal Employment OpportunityWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
