Are you passionate about hospitality, guest service, and creating memorable experiences? Sodexo Live! is seeking polished, service-focused professionals to join the team at the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).

As a Premium Lounge Attendant, you will serve as a brand ambassador for one of the airport's most exclusive lounge experiences. You'll play a key role in delivering elevated hospitality to travelers seeking comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service before their journey.

Your Impact:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
  • Maintain lounge cleanliness and presentation to premium hospitality standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests promptly and professionally.
  • Support food and beverage service operations with attention to detail.
  • Restock buffet stations, beverage areas, guest amenities, and service supplies throughout each shift.
  • Clear, sanitize, and reset dining and seating areas efficiently.
  • Support dishwashing, service ware sanitation, and back-of-house organization as needed.
  • Assist with inventory, stocking, and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with culinary, operations, and leadership teams to ensure a best-in-class guest experience.
  • Follow all TSA, airport, Sodexo Live!, HACCP, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Participate in required training sessions, operational briefings, and team meetings.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must successfully pass a TSA background check and airport badging process.
  • Must comply with all airport security requirements and company policies.
