● Exhibits exceptional skills in engaging individuals in age-appropriate and functionally relevant activities within the community setting.

● Demonstrates extensive knowledge of pertinent community resources, with a primary focus on promoting health and safety.

● Provides unwavering support to individuals with diverse disabilities, assisting them in enhancing and maintaining their skills to foster optimal levels of independence.

● Must be 18 years of age or older, demonstrating maturity and responsibility in all professional endeavors.

● Holds a valid driver's license and maintains an impeccable driving record, underscoring a commitment to safety and reliability.

● Successfully passes an extensive background check and a thorough Virginia registry check, providing a current negative TB test result.

● Demonstrates exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with outstanding interpersonal and public relations abilities.

● Exhibits a caring and positive attitude, deriving fulfillment from working with a diverse population, and displaying flexibility in response to individuals' evolving needs.

● Preference given to individuals certified as Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in medication management, CPR/First Aid, and TOVA.
