The Communications Manager will be responsible for designing and executing communication strategies to support the company's vision and maximize the impact of internal and external messages. You will also be responsible for creating and disseminating engaging content on the organization's various communication channels.

โ€ข University degree in communications, marketing or any other related field;
โ€ข Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in communications, social media, content marketing or a related field;
โ€ข Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, in order to interact daily with suppliers, clients, partners, and colleagues located outside Quรฉbec, many of whom communicate exclusively in English. Required to attend meetings, provide progress updates, and prepare reports for Englishโ€‘speaking stakeholders;
โ€ข Knowledge of digital trends, algorithms, social platforms and content creation tools;
โ€ข Creativity, autonomy, attention to detail, rigor and sense of aesthetics;
โ€ข Ability to adapt tone and messages to different audiences;
โ€ข Excellent organizational and planning and priority management skills;
โ€ข Excellent ability to work with various creative software and web platforms.

โ€ข Develop and implement the web and digital communication strategy on social media while ensuring their performance;
โ€ข Ensure the consistency of the employer brand for all of the company's activities;
โ€ข Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand storytelling;
โ€ข Use analytics to refine content strategies and amplify successful posts;
โ€ข To monitor the media's perception of the organization;
