Job description

Analytic governance (e.g., AVG) and AI governance frameworks (e.g., AAA), OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, EX, AWS Amplify, React, cloud-native platforms (e.g., GMLearn, Container Yard, AWS SageMaker, AWS EKS), Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Git, GitLab, Hugging Face, Bailo (or similar), object-oriented languages (Python and Java), PySpark, Jupyter Notebooks, Kubernetes, docker, Elasticsearch, GHOSTMACHINE, and Query Time Analytics.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.
Required:
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph.
  • Eight (08) years of direct/relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Supports the Technology Trending Solutions mission, leading the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical AI and analytics solutions within a highly governed environment.
  • Experience implementing analytic governance (e.g., AVG) and AI governance frameworks (e.g., AAA), and can ensure all models, data, and workflows are compliant, auditable, and aligned with customer and enterprise policy.
  • Integrate advanced AI capabilities through APIs such as OpenAI and AWS Bedrock, and build intuitive front-end experiences using technologies like EX, AWS Amplify, and React.
  • Hands-on expertise with analytic development environments and cloud-native platforms (e.g., GMLearn, Container Yard, AWS SageMaker, AWS EKS), as well as strong agile delivery skills using Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Must be highly proficient with modern version control and model/code management using Git, GitLab, Hugging Face, Bailo (or similar), and demonstrate a proven track record of driving AI solutions from concept through governed production deployment in sensitive, mission-focused environments.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to build AI workflows and develop analytics based off artifacts to use AI to flag data of interest and summarize.
  • Creatively leverage disparate data to fill knowledge gaps in user activities, collection efforts, and technology discovery.
  • Proficiency with object-oriented languages (Python and Java) and experience with PySpark, Jupyter Notebooks, Kubernetes, docker, Elasticsearch, GHOSTMACHINE, and Query Time Analytics.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of customer corporate tools and data repositories.

$175,000 - $200,000 a year
The pay range for this job, with multi-levels, is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
