COMPENSATION: Draw + Commission = potential $200,000/year
JOB TYPE: Full-Time
SCHEDULE: M-S, (second day off during the week)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Contacting company provided qualified leads.
  • Scheduling and managing appointments.
  • Determining customers' wants and needs.
  • Offering a compelling product presentation
  • Helping the customer commit to beginning the process of investing in a new home.
  • Prospecting via social media, marketing & promoting new business.
  • Documenting sales activities in our CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the buying process.
  • Working & communicating effectively with customers & team-members
  • Reporting to management.

  • 3 Years of documented B2C sales experience
  • Competitive, driven, and motivated by results
