Job description

Job Title: Electrical Engineering Professional Associate Duration: 7 months Location: Portland, OR Worksite: Hybrid | Monday โ€“ Friday | 8:00 AM โ€“ 4:30 PM Location Flexibility within the U.S, with preference for candidates located in Moon Township, PA, Portland, OR, or Tempe, AZ, where client has existing teams. Remote work may be available for exceptional candidates. Responsibilities Become part of our team as an Electrical Engineer, who is interested in working on projects that enable the heart of our clientsโ€™ business.

Join us and youโ€™ll have the chance to work on projects including semiconductor manufacturing, research and development facilities, and other state of the art manufacturing facilities. Youโ€™ll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of assigned routine engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the clientโ€™s expectations, scope, budget and schedule for assigned tasks, youโ€™ll effectively recognize and communicate scope and design changes promptly. Youโ€™ll also provide on-site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.

Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will produce installation details, single line diagrams, electric room layouts, motor control elementaries, connection diagrams, cable schedules, control panel layouts and grounding, lighting, and power plans. Qualifications Here is what youโ€™ll need: Bachelor's or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering At least 6 years of Electrical Engineering Experience Engineer in Training (EIT) Ideally, youโ€™ll also have: Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software Professional Engineering License (PE) Strong communication skills both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams Location Flexibility within the U.S, with preference for candidates located in Moon Township, PA, Portland, OR, or Tempe, AZ, where client has existing teams.
