Job description

Work Location: Onboard MSC Cruises (International Fleet: Europe, Caribbean, Asia, Middle East)

Contract Duration: ~6 Months (Renewable)

Language Required: Fluent English

Job Overview

Deliver high-end aesthetic consultations, clinical treatments, and guest care as part of Chronic Ink's luxury regenerative wellness experience onboard MSC Cruises. Operates either in a two-person team alongside a Sales Specialist or under an independent "Unicorn" model combining clinical execution with direct sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional aesthetic consultations and perform clinical treatments according to established safety protocols.
  • Maintain luxury guest care standards, build client trust, and manage post-treatment guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with the onboard Sales Partner to drive treatment conversions and daily revenue goals ($2,500–$5,000+ USD/day).
  • (Unicorn Track) Proactively engage guests, generate leads, conduct consultations, and close sales independently.
Profile Requirements
  • Education: Licensed/Qualified Nurse with degree. Additional certification in aesthetic medicine, injectables, or med-spa treatments highly preferred.
  • Experience: Hands-on experience delivering aesthetic procedures. Experience in luxury hospitality, med-spas, or sales-adjacent environments is a strong plus.
  • Competencies: High resilience, strong interpersonal skills, performance-driven mindset, and ability to adapt to 6-month onboard deployment.
  • Colombian residency/nationality preferred for team pairing.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: USD $1,000/month + Commission: Uncapped
