Production Associate – Part-Time: Lena, Illinois
Our customer in Lena, Illinois is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Production Associate to work on 1st shift part-time. In this role, you will support the Crème de Brie production line by operating equipment, performing quality checks, and helping maintain a clean and safe food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities of the Production Associate:
  • Operate and monitor production equipment on the Crème de Brie line to ensure safe and efficient production.
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and quality standards.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, recipes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with handling, lifting, and moving materials throughout the production process.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in accordance with food safety guidelines.
  • Support production goals by working efficiently and communicating issues to team leads.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support daily production operations.
Production Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. safely.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
