A well-established aerospace manufacturing company in Seattle is hiring Entry-Level Production Associates, no aerospace experience required! If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work, this could be the perfect fit.

This is a hands-on aerospace manufacturing role with a company that processes metal parts for airplanes. As a Production Associate, you'll apply masking materials such as tape, plugs, and protective coverings to aerospace parts before they move through various finishing and coating processes. You'll follow detailed work instructions, inspect your work for accuracy, and help ensure parts meet strict aerospace quality standards. This role offers on-the-job training and strong long-term growth opportunities within aerospace manufacturing.

Production Associate Job Duties:
  • Apply masking tape, plugs, caps, and other protective materials to aerospace parts according to work instructions and specifications
  • Carefully handle parts to prevent damage during the masking and production process
  • Inspect masked parts for accuracy, coverage, and quality before processing
  • Maintain accurate production records and complete required paperwork
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment while working around production equipment and chemicals
Schedule:
  • Friday: 5:00am – 3:00pm
  • Saturday: 4:00am – 2:00pm
  • Sunday: 4:00am – 2:00pm
  • Monday: 5:00am – 3:00pm

Pay: 22.80

Production Associate Requirements:
  • 6+ months of recent work experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or other hands-on work environments
  • Capable of lifting up to 20 – 50 pounds occasionally
