Job description

Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with a consistent schedule and a three-day weekend every week?

Located in Sumner, WA, a well-established aerospace manufacturing facility is seeking an  Aerospace Production Associate to join its growing team. This company produces high-performance composite components used in advanced aircraft and aerospace systems.

This Aerospace Production Associate opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, using hand tools, and being part of a team that builds precision aerospace parts for next-generation flight technology.


Aerospace Production Associate Job Duties
  • Remove bagging materials and plaster from composite aerospace parts
  • Use impact hammers and hand tools to remove plaster from cured aerospace components
  • Perform surface preparation and sanding on aerospace composite parts
  • Clean and finish parts using approved materials such as acetone or alcohol
  • Inspect aerospace components for defects during the breakout process


Schedule
Monday - Thursday
 4:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.


Pay
 $22.25 per hour


Aerospace Production Associate Requirements
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Basic to intermediate math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
