Production Associate (Entry Level)
Primary Shift Available: M-Th 6:00am-4:45pm, Friday work as required
Starting at: $17.00/ Hour
Job Summary:
The Production Associate (Entry Level) performs assembly and packaging of filters and filtration systems in a light industrial warehouse environment. This role generally works ten-hour shifts Monday - Thursday with Friday - Sunday off. May work overtime, as needed. Production Associates have the opportunity for career advancement, progressive pay, shift differentials, and quarterly bonus incentives. Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assembles and packs components and associated hardware.
  • Reads and interprets job orders, work instructions, and inspection standards for the production of quality parts and components.
  • Uses hand-operated manual and power tools to install, tighten and adjust fasteners to specified torque. May be responsible for safely operating a pallet jack and hand truck when necessary.
  • Properly record and maintain work documents such as job orders and quality forms.
  • Demonstrates high ownership of job performance and customer service and maintains good attendance standards.
  • Organizes, maintains, and cleans production and warehouse spaces.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Understand and adhere to job-related Safety, PPE, & ISO 9001 & 14001 standards and policies.

Required Skills:
  • Team Orientated with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong ownership and accountability.
  • Proven track record of good attendance and performance.
  • Strong reading and writing skills. Ability to do basic math such as adding, subtracting, multiplication and division.
  • Ability to use basic shop tools such as portable power tools safely and efficiently such as tape measures and hand tools.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft 365 programs including Outlook.
  • Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of work in an industrial warehouse environment including production lines, un-even walk areas, and motorized industrial equipment.
  • May be required to utilize ladders or work from heights on occasion. May need to utilize provided personal protective equipment including glasses, hearing protection, or respirator protection if required.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods, climb, stoop, bend, and conduct work at waist level.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs at times and 20lbs regularly.
  • Normal auditory, visual acuity, depth perception and peripheral vision, ambulation and dexterity.
