WHAT WE DO:
We create smiles for children and adults by making custom-fit, hand-made appliances per their Orthodontist's prescription.
Requirements
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR, SOMEONE WHO:
- Has a high school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled
- Can read, write, speak, and understand English
- Has a positive attitude
- Enjoys working with their hands
- Has a desire to learn
- Comes to work every day
- Pays attention to the details
- Takes pride in their work
- Has a strong desire to succeed
- Enjoys repetitive tasks
- Has good manual dexterity
WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERY DAY:
- Work with your hands to make an orthodontic appliance that will improve someone's quality of life
- Use hand tools and/or small equipment
- Sit for the majority of the day
- Collect and deliver the cases you work on from/to the shelf
- Perform steady hand and arm movement
- Our wire benders - use pliers to bend wires to form to the positioning of teeth
- Our finishers - polish stainless steel orthodontic appliances
- Our laser welders - join all the pieces together using a machine that has scopes
SCHEDULE:
- First Shift: Monday through Friday, Flexible start times available between 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM, working an 8-hour shift.
