What you’ll do
  • Follow documented work instructions—and encourage peers to do the same—to keep output consistent and on spec.
  • Calibrate and set up production equipment; flag maintenance needs to your Supervisor right away.
  • Spot and surface quality, process, and workflow issues; escalate reoccurring themes to leadership.
  • Train and mentor new hires; help cross-train teammates to build bench strength.
  • Share status, expectations, and ideas with your Supervisor; join team meetings and focus groups to improve the facility.
  • Model respect and a positive attitude; raise concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support management direction and assist Team Leaders/Supervisors in execution.
  • Keep your work area clean and hazard-free; alert your Supervisor to any safety or health risks.
  • Champion safety procedures and give immediate feedback wherever needed.
  • Uphold all company policies and standards.
