1ST AND 2ND SHIFT

Weโ€™re looking for a dependable Production Support team member to help maintain continuous workflow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in preventing production delays by ensuring materials, equipment, and support functions are consistently aligned with operational needs.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Transport materials and parts to and from production lines to maintain uninterrupted operations
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently to support inbound and outbound logistics
  • Stack and unstack materials in designated areas while maintaining organization and accessibility
  • Perform general housekeeping to keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant
  • Respond promptly to radio calls and operational requests from supervisors or team members
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of fixtures and production materials
  • Support production teams by ensuring tools, parts, and materials are readily available
  • Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or workflow disruptions to supervision immediately
  • Follow all OSHA regulations and MPW safety procedures during daily operations
  • Assist with additional tasks or assignments as directed by leadership
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with coworkers and customer personnel
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by supporting efficient and accurate production flow

What Youโ€™ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school education acceptable
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of tools or equipment preferred
  • Forklift, receiving, or basic computer experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly, with or without accommodation
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 8โ€“12 hour shifts
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and reaching
  • Ability to work in industrial environments with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and varying temperatures while wearing required PPE
  • Ability to climb stairs and work in or around confined spaces as needed
  • Ability to wear respiratory protection when required for specific tasks or environments
  • Flexibility to work overtime, extended shifts, weekends, or travel to other locations as operational needs require
