Production Supervisor Three Jobs in Puerto Rico (NOW HIRING)

• Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 OR 10 years of professional experience post academics
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory or manufacturing leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, coaching and developing employees, managing production processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Working knowledge of production planning, execution to schedule, and operational performance management.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 5S, preferred.
• Proven organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with an enhanced  sense of ownership and accountability.
• Effective problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
