Production Supervisor – Swing Shift

Pay Range: $80,000 – $90,000 annually (Exempt, DOE)
Schedule: Swing Shift
Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed

The Role

Would you welcome the opportunity to work for a quality-driven company, joining an entrepreneurial “can-do” team? American Custom Meats, a leading national meat supplier, has an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring product quality, food safety, and team performance while meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee multiple production lines, ensuring efficient and timely processing of raw materials into finished goods
  • Supervise, coach, and hold team members accountable to production, quality, and safety standards
  • Monitor employee attendance, performance, and compliance with meal and rest break policies
  • Ensure staffing, materials, and equipment are aligned with production schedules
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and company procedures
  • Identify and address production issues in real time to minimize downtime
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment
  • 2–5 years of experience in food manufacturing preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make real-time decisions
