Production Superintendent

About the job

The production superintendent is a key member of leadership reporting to the operations manager. Their responsibility area includes all functions related to the operation of their assigned processes.


In your future role as Production Superintendent you will


  • Manage production personnel to meet production requirements and support business objectives.
  • Responsible for the production schedule and inventory control to utilize resources in an efficient and safe manner.
  • Provide technical support for process improvements and new processes.
  • Responsible for HSES activities within production department.
  • Interface with customers as required including coordination of toll manufacturing projects.


We believe you bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Chemical Engineering preferred. Mechanical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline will be considered.
  • 4+ years of chemical manufacturing experience.
  • Prior operations leadership experience

  • Union experience strongly preferred
