Job Summary
The primary function of this job is to perform daily operations in the manufacturing of Carhartt products.

Associate Responsibilities
• Perform daily manufacturing operations as required, to include:
o Sewing, repair, cutting, inspect, packing and shipping of products
• Maintain satisfactory quality and production goals and attendance.
• Visually inspect material during the sewing process to identify defects.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures established by the Company.
• Troubleshoot basic machinery problems and request service or repairs as needed.
• Demonstrate and encourage safe work practices at all times.
• Work overtime when necessary.
Required Education
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sewing operations and ability to perform sewing operations preferred
