Job description

 At Lands’ End, we believe great styling brings our brand to life. We are seeking a Corporate Stylist to create compelling, brand-right visual presentations across catalog, digital, and marketing channels. This role is highly visible and plays a critical part in shaping how our product is experienced by customers. You’ll partner closely with Creative, Merchandising, Design, and Photo Production teams, while leading on-set styling execution to ensure every image reflects the quality, fit, and integrity of the Lands’ End brand.

What you'll do

  • Style seasonal looks that elevate Lands’ End merchandise across catalog, e-commerce, and marketing channels.
  • Translate merchandising and design vision into cohesive, customer-relevant outfitting strategies.
  • Lead styling on corporate photo shoots, ensuring proper fit, styling accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Design, Merchandising, and Production teams.
  • Incorporate market trends and innovative styling approaches to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Use digital tools to build and present styling concepts across product categories.
  • Partner with on-set teams to deliver high-quality imagery while meeting production timelines.
  • Review and refine imagery, providing direction for retouching as needed.
  • Present outfitting direction and styling concepts aligned with seasonal creative direction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Apparel, or a related field,
  • 3–5 years of experience in fashion or visual merchandising/styling.
  • 2+ years of corporate styling experience required.
  • Experience in e-commerce or studio production preferred.
  • Strong eye for styling, color, fabric, and garment construction.
  • Deep understanding of fashion trends and visual merchandising principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Proficiency with Mac/PC systems and styling or visual merchandising tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
