This role will be responsible for: Supporting daily and weekly production scheduling Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and timely execution Maintaining planning systems and documents monitoring schedule performance, communicating changes or delays Supporting production meetings Identifying improvement opportunities Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and safety requirements. Key qualifications include: 3+ years of production scheduling, planning, supply chain, or manufacturing coordination experience Strong Excel skills ERP/MRP or production planning system experience preferred Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities Strong communication and follow-up skills Experience coordinating with Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Customer Service Experience in production scheduling, production planning, supply chain, inventory control, or manufacturing coordination.
