About the Role

Sportex is seeking a highly organized and design-aware Creative Production Manager to support and streamline operations within our Art Department.

This role is the backbone of our creative workflow ensuring designers have everything they need to execute at a high level while projects stay on track, on brand, and on deadline.


You will work directly with Sales and Creative leadership to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and maintain quality control across a wide range of deliverables for national clients.


This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build a career at the intersection of design, production, and project management.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage creative project timelines from intake through final delivery
  • Act as the central hub between Sales, Art, and internal teams
  • Ensure designers receive complete, accurate, and timely project information
  • Track and update project statuses using internal systems (CRM/ERP)
  • Coordinate daily workflow and prioritize tasks across the design team
  • Conduct quality control checks on files, layouts, and deliverables
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve workflow issues
  • Support scheduling, workload balancing, and production planning


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail (especially grammar, layout, and design accuracy)
