We specialize in a wide range of exterior products, from sunrooms and baths to fencing, decks, windows, and siding. The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Production Project Manager to be the critical link between our sales promises and our flawless installation execution. You will work alongside our Production Manager to ensure every fence and deck project is completed on time, to our high-quality standards, and with 100% customer satisfaction.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, managing communication via phone and email.
  • Conduct pre-measure site visits with fence and deck customers and verify utility locates.
  • Schedule installations and quality control inspections, visiting active job sites daily.
  • Manage project details within our customer management software (CRM/Leap), ensuring all actions are documented.
  • Handle customer concerns, warranty issues, and assist in training installation crews on new products.
Requirements:

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a project coordination, customer service, or construction management role.
  • Fence and/or deck installation experience is highly preferred.
  • Adept with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with database or CRM software.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Positive, energetic, and reliable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
