Commercial Roofing Project Manager
Location: Fort Myers, FL

Pay: 80-110k

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager with a strong background in low slope roofing systems. This individual will oversee new production projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality execution, safety, and profitability while leading field crews and coordinating with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, with a focus on low slope systems
โ€ข Review plans, specifications, and project documents to ensure accurate execution
โ€ข Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
โ€ข Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
โ€ข Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
โ€ข Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policies
โ€ข Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and resolving issues as needed
โ€ข Monitor job costs and production to ensure projects remain on budget and profitable

Qualifications
โ€ข Proven experience managing commercial roofing projects, specifically low slope systems
