Job description

The Production Worker helps ensure that manufactured items are ready for shipment by placing them into containers, sealing and labeling items. Production workers are responsible for working as a team and will be crossed trained to ensure production efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Assembling, packing, and casing products produced within the plant
  • Use time efficiently
  • Complete production line work in a timely manner
  • Understand and follow all safety procedures and policies
  • Perform quality and specification checks of material being produced and complete related
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:
  • Be responsible for Food Safety
  • Maintain work area in a safe and orderly fashion according to GMP and Food Safety guidelines
  • Requirements:

    This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, knelling, stooping, and crouching all day. The assigned personnel must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. While performing to assigned job, the employee is required to speak, see, and hear clearly.
