Job description

Job Description

We are hiring Temporary Bakery Production Workers to support high-volume food production in a clean, safe manufacturing facility. This is an entry-level position-no prior bakery or manufacturing experience required, but it is preferred. Paid training provided.

If you're dependable, able to be on your feet, and looking for steady work, we want to hear from you.

All shifts available, morning, afternoon, evening, night, weekends.

Full Time work available- ability to be hired on permamently based on performance and job availability.

Job Responsibilities
  • What You'll Do
    • Assist with bakery production processes including mixing, baking, packaging, and product handling
    • Operate basic production equipment and tools (training provided)
    • Keep work areas clean and follow food safety and sanitation standards
    • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
    • Follow all safety and workplace rules
    • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

    Schedule & Position Details
    • Temporary assignment (potential for extension based on business needs)
    • Multiple shifts may be available (day, evening, overnight)
    • Overtime may be required based on production demand

    Physical Requirements
    • Stand and walk for 8] hour shifts
    • Frequently lift up to 20 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs
    • Bend, stoop, reach, turn, and perform repetitive tasks
    • Move product, carts, or wheeled equipment throughout the facility
    • Work in warm production areas typical of food and bakery environments

    What We're Looking For
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality
    • Able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Comfortable working around food production equipment
    • Willing to follow safety, sanitation, and quality standards
Qualifications

    Previous experience in a bakery production or related role preferred
    Validated knowledge of bakery production methods and standards
    Validated Knowledge of food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage
    Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
    Demonstrates basic math and counting skills
    Requires repetitive motion with hands and arms
    Requires ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
