They have been in business for fifty (50) years and continue to be awarded new patents for their products for the latest technologies and applications of their products for diverse markets. They have a strong team atmosphere and emphasize customer focus through quality, lead-time and responsive service. Lead the Quality Assurance and Manufacturing teams to evaluate customer needs and drive On Time Delivery. Small company serving the largest and most well-known names in industry. The Operations Manager provides leadership to the Operations functions including Production, Quality and Supply Chain for this CT based facility. The Operations Manager is directly responsible for executing all manufacturing processes with emphasis on enhancing operational excellence while reducing costs and improving customer service levels and on time delivery.
