HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

All LCSNW team members will contribute to our mission of partnering with individuals, families and communities for health,justiceand hope.The Operations Managercoordinates all business operations for the Greater Puget Sound District offices, manages contract outcomes and reporting, quality assurance and improvement, internal and external audits andparticipateswith the district leadership team on a variety of projects and initiatives. This position works closely with various site administrators and reports directly to the Associate District Director. This position helps operationalize community-based programs in a work environment that is very flexible and dynamic with the goal of ensuring continuity and collaboration across programs. The Operations Manager will need tomaintaina big picture to maximize the efficiency of resources and space within and across programs while supporting LCS Staff, Interns, and Volunteers.

  • Support thedistrict and program leadershipbyensuring maintenance of up-to-date program contract information, financial information, and quality improvement data.
  • Track and supportgrant applications,providesconsultationwith leadershipon grant applicationsand supportreportingon deliverables.
  • Prepares and providesmonthly/quarterlyreports with contract deliverables as well as organizational metrics.
  • Provide support toprogramleadersregardingoperations, goals, policies andprocedures,andlegislative/accreditation standards.
  • Assistsin leading thedistrict’sProgram Quality Improvement efforts,including attendingmonthly District Program Quality Improvement Meetings andrepresentingthe district atthe Agency’s quarterlyPQI meetings.
  • Leads the district’sSafety Committee, Staff Morale and Engagement Committee and annualSummer/Winter Retreats.
  • Workscollaboratively withprogram leadersto develop new forms and data collection methods to meet contract needswhile supportingcommunity impact.
  • Models, andencourages,direct, professional communication among staff members andfacilitatesthe development of a positive working environment that recruits andretainsstand-outcolleagues.

HOW YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT:

  • 3years of related experiencein operations management, or community-based programming is required.You should havestrong experience working with diverse populations,Microsoft business tools, leadingcommitteesandproject managementskills.
  • Bachelor’sDegree in Business, Social Workor related field; substantial relevant experience will be considered in place of degree
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Intermediatemastery of business applications and productivity suites
  • Demonstrates resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges,conflictand obstacles/barriers.
  • Thrives in a diverse and multicultural environment; works with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance end-user experiences throughout the service lifecycle

  • Works in a variety of settings, including and not limited to LCSNW office locations, partner agency and community-based settings,client home/community settings, outdoor settings in varying weather conditions,and faith-based settings such as churches
  • Standard LCSNW criminal clearance, including national sex offender. Motor vehicle records, valid driver’slicenseand auto insurance arerequired.
