This role is responsible for creating a high-performing operation through strong leadership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Build a Reliable, High-Performing Operation

• Develop and execute a preventative maintenance program that achieves 95%+ equipment and fleet uptime within the first six months.

• Maintain equipment reliability through proactive maintenance planning and coordination.

• Establish production performance benchmarks during the first month.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
