What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)
  • Create, maintain, and update product part numbers as well as configurations in internal systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms.
  • Manage product classification for import/export compliance.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to systems and documentation.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain product technical documentation.
  • Manage the document library with proper version control and accessibility.
  • Continuously improve documentation processes and standards.
  • Follow and support QMS (Quality Management Systems) processes in all product-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of product management practices.
  • Submit legal documents for review through internal systems.
  • Coordinate communication between Product Management and Legal teams to ensure timely processing.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor information to support product strategy.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials for exhibitions, digital campaigns, and partnerships.
Miscellaneous Job Responsibilities
  • Manage customer demand, which includes order entry, forecasts, backlog monitoring, and order changes.
  • Identify and proactively address demand or system exceptions.
  • Support packing and shipment of sample products.
  • Release and manage purchase orders to factories.
  • Coordinate supply adjustments (expedites, pushouts, cancellations) to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain pricing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process billing adjustments and credit requests with clear root cause analysis.
  • Monitor inventory levels and mitigate excess or shortage risks.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status, shipments, and issue resolution.
  • Support product registration processes with factories.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO/JSOX requirements and assist in resolving system-related issues.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School diploma or GED with some college coursework.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in product management support, product data management, or related roles in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in managing product data, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functional and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Associate’s degree or higher.
