Job Responsibilities

  • Perform PC-based administrative tasks related to production management, including production schedule tracking, status updates, data entry, and basic reporting.
  • Support daily production control activities to ensure production schedules, workflow, and on-site operations are properly managed.
  • Assist in establishing, maintaining, and improving a more organized production management system.
  • Monitor technician assignments, work progress, attendance, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate technician workflow and help ensure appropriate coverage for production activities.
  • Support effective communication between production management, technicians, and other internal teams.
  • Assist with assembly and testing of HRSEA production products while performing production management duties.
  • Provide backup support for assembly and testing work when technicians are unavailable.
  • Help reduce production delays and production loss by improving workflow coordination and technician coverage.
  • Identify production-related issues and communicate them to management in a timely manner.
  • Support continuous improvement of production control processes and on-site operational efficiency.
  • Perform other production-related duties as assigned.


Experience / Skill Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in production management, production control, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating or supervising technician-level staff in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to perform both administrative production management duties and hands-on production support, including assembly, testing, or related manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in basic PC applications, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, data entry, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
