Generate detailed item sales reports, tracking trends in product demand and identifying opportunities for improvement in procurement and inventory management. Report updates on on-time delivery, scrap rates, machine utilization, and inventory turnover. Analyze sales data, customer orders, and delivery trends to provide insights for future demand and inventory requirements. Implement cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing, bulk purchasing, and supplier negotiations, considering total cost of ownership. Manage 3rd party/aftermarket pricing and cost structures.

Percentage of time: 40%

Establish adherence to OSHA safety protocols for woodworking machinery (e.g., saws, routers) and dust control systems. Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes. Resolve emerging compliance issues and ensure that management and employees are informed about compliance reporting systems, policies, and practices. Conduct environmental audits to ensure adherence to environmental standards. Optimize operational costs and productivity consistent with safety and environmental regulations and policies.
